“How do I get over the Fear of the Follow Up?”
Once again…IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU!!!! It’s All About Them!!!
Don’t let your mind Invent how the people are going to respond to your follow up calls, such as “I don’t want them to feel like I am pestering them”. People will let you know if they are feeling pestered by you. Remember, you are offering them an incredible opportunity to change their lives for the better.
Also, don’t invent reasons why they haven’t called you back, such as, they don’t like me, they don’t like the products, the products are too expensive, etc. You Must remember that sometimes Life Happens to people and they get sidetracked or sick or someone in their family gets sick or dies.
If someone does not call you back don’t take it as being rejected. Just accept it. When and if the time is right they will contact you.
If you believe 100% in the product, the Company behind the product and Yourself you should not have any Fear holding you back from the Follow Up Calls. If you Are experiencing Fear then figure out which of these 3 areas, Product, Company or Yourself, that you are lacking confidence in and seek out the answers to build your confidence up.
If you have taken the time to build a relationship with the person, obtained their contact information and you’ve told them that you would follow up, then to prove to them your level of Integrity, YOU MUST FOLLOW UP!!!
