To all of my Network Marketing clients and friends, there is a reason that the business is called “NETWORK” Marketing. You have a Network of people all working toward the same goal. Can you even count how many times you have been told by your up-line to “NOT DO IT ALONE”? All you have to do is ASK FOR HELP!!!
But you don’t. You want to go it alone. But you don’t know enough. Yet you persevere. And in your presentations, after you throw up the little information that you have gleaned so far all over your prospect, they ask you questions. Questions that you can’t answer. And then, IN CREEPS THE FEAR OF INADEQUACY. And you fall flat on your face. And you give up and quit because it is just too painful to continue.
This is a VERY COMMON challenge that many people face in Network Marketing. So, how do you alleviate the Fear of Inadequacy? You’re going to think that the solution sounds awfully simple. And it is.
ASK FOR HELP!!!!!!
You can’t expect to know everything!! About Anything!! Your up-line is there for a reason. They have already been through what you are going through and are there at your beckon call to help you succeed. Why? Because when you succeed, they succeed. It’s that simple. I didn’t say easy. I said simple. Getting over your mindset of having to know everything is not an easy task. It means that you have to admit that you don’t know everything. For some people, that is extremely difficult to accomplish. It is, however, very simple. ASK FOR HELP AND LEARN FROM YOUR UP-LINE!!!
It is much easier to ask for help than it is to suffer the Fear of Inadequacy.
